The Portfolio Management Excellence course is tailored towards preparing participants to take on the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Examination. This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of portfolio management principles and practices following the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) standard. During the course of training, participants would engage in hands-on training exercises, practical real-world examples, and case studies. At the end of the training, participants would have developed the knowledge and skills required to strategically manage portfolios of projects and investments, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Apply the Portfolio Management Framework to select, prioritize, and manage projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy.

• Analyze and evaluate portfolios to identify risks, opportunities, and resource constraints.

• Develop and implement portfolio governance processes to ensure effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

• Communicate portfolio performance and value to stakeholders using clear and concise metrics.

• Lead and mentor portfolio management teams to achieve organizational goals.

Participants enrolling for this programme will be required to have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience. Participants who meet the programme requirement should pay the course fee and complete the enrollment form 2 weeks before the programme kick off date.
