Primavera Software is a sophisticated and effective project management tool that supports various organizations to manage their functions and projects effectively. Managing projects can be an arduous task. Project managers need a tool to help with documenting, scheduling, monitoring and managing project work. It assists to determine accurate resources (Manpower, Machinery, Materials, and Money) against time. In this course we will look at the installation and use of the software. Paying specific attention to the key elements in managing project outcomes.

By the end of the Primavera P6 course, participants will be able to:

• Create and manage project schedules, including defining activities, assigning durations, and establishing dependencies.

• Effectively allocate resources to project activities and level resource workloads.

• Track project progress, identify and analyze project risks, and make necessary adjustments to the schedule.

• Generate reports to communicate project information to stakeholders, including Gantt charts, resource usage reports, and earned value reports.

• Utilize Primavera P6's advanced features for project planning and control, such as critical path analysis, risk simulation, and earned value management.

Participants enrolling for this programme will be required to have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience. Participants who meet the programme requirement should pay the course fee and complete the enrollment form 2 weeks before the programme kick off date.
