Few people choose training and development while they are still in school, and yet there are talented and knowledgeable trainers working in every industry. Some individuals become trainers because they are passionate about sharing their knowledge and about helping people. Others become trainers because their employer asks them to get involved in mentoring, training, or coaching new or existing employees. If you are thinking about becoming a trainer, or have started doing some training already and want to know more about what will help you to become an excellent trainer, this workshop will help. You will learn the essential skills that trainers need to develop, and to get you started on the learning process in an interactive and fun environment.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the role and responsibilities of a trainer in an organization.

• Develop effective training strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Manage training logistics effectively, including scheduling, materials, and facilities.

• Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Participants enrolling for this programme will be required to have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Participants who meet the programme requirement should pay the course fee and complete the enrollment form 2 weeks before the programme kick-off date.
