This Agile Team Member (Scrum Focus) course provides participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills to effectively participate in a Scrum team. It covers understanding Scrum's events, artifacts, and roles, and how to contribute productively to setting up and executing basic Agile practices within a team context using the Scrum framework.

By the end of the Agile Team Member course, participants will be able to:
