This Agile Team Member (Scrum Focus) course provides participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills to effectively participate in a Scrum team. It covers understanding Scrum's events, artifacts, and roles, and how to contribute productively to setting up and executing basic Agile practices within a team context using the Scrum framework.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the Agile Team Member course, participants will be able to:
- Understand core Agile values/principles and Scrum theory, values, roles, events, and artifacts.
- Prepare for and actively participate in all Scrum Events according to the Developer role.
- Understand and contribute to Scrum Artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and the Definition of Done.
