This Lean Process Improvement training course provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills required to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance value creation within any organization. Module 2: Identifying Value and Waste
Understanding Customer Value: Applying the Kano Model.
The Three Categories of Waste (Muda): Defects, Overproduction, Waiting, Non-utilized Talent, Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Extra Processing.
Identifying Mura (Unevenness) and Muri (Overburden).
