Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSM)

Scrum is an agile framework principally used for software development tasks. It involves recurring and incremental approach for project tasks that allows it to stay flexible enough for modification in a structured way without incurring extra costs and damaging huge sections of preceding work.

The Scrum Master Certification training are the courses offered to provide instructions and certify knowledge in Scrum. An agile framework and methodology for managing intricate projects. As a Professional Scrum Master (PSM), you will have the ability to help the Scrum team execute at their maximum level. Through the PSM courses, participants will learn about team roles, artifacts, sprints and events.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

• Apply Scrum principles and practices to manage product backlogs and ensure transparency.

• Coach the Development Team in self-organization and high performance.

• Remove impediments that hinder the Development Team's progress.

• Champion the Scrum values and foster a collaborative environment within the team.

Participants enrolling for this programme will be required to have basic computing skills. Participants who meet the programme requirement should pay the course fee and complete the enrollment form 2 weeks before the programme kick off date.
