Retirement Planning Programme

The Retirement Planning training programme has been designed for working professionals who have between 5 – 10 years of active service left before retirement. The course will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills to make informed retirement planning decisions, these will include investments, pension, and insurance planning. The course will be delivered by seasoned facilitators, and successful retirees.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

• Estimate their retirement needs and set realistic financial goals.

• Understand different retirement income sources such as pensions, social security, and personal savings.

• Develop a personalized retirement savings plan considering factors like risk tolerance, investment options, and time horizon.

• Learn about tax implications of different retirement savings vehicles.

• Make informed decisions about estate planning to ensure their assets are distributed as intended.

• Develop strategies for managing their income during retirement to ensure financial security.

• Understand the benefits of having a long-term care plan to protect their assets in case of future healthcare needs.

This programme is open to anyone who is approaching retirement. Participants who meet the programme requirement should pay the course fee and complete the enrollment form 2 weeks before the programme kick off date.
